1) SQL / Crystal Report Developer (Exp: 0-2 Yrs)
Education Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. / B.C.A.
Job Description : a) 0 to 2 years of experience in Crystal Reports / SSRS / any reporting tools with the use of structured query language (SQL).
b) Hands on T-SQL experience to write the quires for optimized performance
c) Must be a team player, flexible, and exhibit excellent communications skills
Responsibilities: : a) Designing and maintaining high quality reports to meet the customer requirements.
b) Understand the design aspects of Crystal Reports with a working knowledge of SQL Server.
c) Developing T-SQL queries and optimizing them from a performance perspective.
d) Adhere to established design and development standards, procedures, and guidelines
e) Collaborate with the Project Manager and the development team to ensure consistent report UI design is incorporated in the final deliverables
f) Maintain positive, constructive, team-oriented attitude as well as sound judgment in all job responsibilities.

2) Sr.Business Development Executive (Exp: 4-6 Yrs)
Experience in marketing and selling of manufacturing vertical ERP solution, preferably in Textile industry.
Education Qualification : Bachelor's Degree Science/Engg. with Diploma in Marketing & Sales or MBA with Marketing & Sales specialization.
Role Tasks of BDE : Data Sourcing and Management, Sales meetings, Sales Conversion and Customer Co-ordination.
Competencies Required : Persuasion & Selling skills, MS-Office knowledge, Confident & go-getter self-image, High energy & Honest Traits, with hungry for personal growth and believes in win-win-win philosophy.

3) Full Stack Developer (Exp: 2-4 Yrs)
Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Science/Engineering in Computers. Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ASP.NET Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ASP.NET web applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain robust and scalable ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC web applications using C#, ASP.NET and MVC.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
3. Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance application performance and usability.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the ASP.NET development platform and apply them to improve development processes and practices.
7. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates, and addressing any concerns or questions.

Requirements :
1. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET web applications development using C#, ASP.NET and MVC
2. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
3. Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery and Bootstrap.
4. Familiarity with database concepts and experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
5. Experience in Visual Basic 6.0 is an added advantage.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
8. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
9. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
10. Experience with version control systems like Azure DevOps, Git is a plus.
