Maintenance of all the machines and equipments in good working condition is of paramount importance to all industries, especially to process industries. Breakdown of any equipment would not only involve the cost of repair but also has the impact on lost production. It would be necessary to keep all the machines and equipments in good working condition by a continuous planned maintenance. It is required to plan for the maintenance spares and manpower so that in the event of machine breakdown, the machine could be put back in service as fast as possible. It would also be necessary to look into replacement of the equipments based on the maintenance history of the equipment. This module further divided into 2 sub modules:

  • Machinery & Electrical Maintenance
  • Power Accounting

1.1 Machinery & Electrical Maintenance

This module is integrated with Purchase, Stores Inventory, Production and Costing modules and generate the following reports:

  • Preventive Maintenance Reports:
  • Preventive Maintenance Activities List
  • The preventive maintenance schedule: Yearly /Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly
  • Operations to be done for PM jobs
  • Manpower and Material requirements for the PM jobs
  • Preventive maintenance jobs not done
  • Predictive Maintenance Request / Completion
  • Service Performance
  • Schedule Deviation / Activity Not done analysis

Breakdown Maintenance Reports:

  • Maintenance jobs being attended
  • Manpower on maintenance jobs, trade/Skill wise
  • Cost of maintenance, material and labour
  • Maintenance jobs carried out during the month
  • Analysis of breakdown hours
  • Equipment wise Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)  and  Mean Time To Repair  (MTTR)
  • Analysis of maintenance cost
  • Equipment wise breakdowns – frequency and hours
  • Service Register, Contract Expiry / Renewal List
  • Machine History

1.2 Power Accounting

This Power Accounting Module will cover the Power Consumption, Generator Set Reading, H.T.Meter Reading,  Water Consumption, Vehicle Diesel Consumption and Rate entry. This System would generate the following Reports:

  • Generator Set Reading
  • H.T.Meter Reading
  • Water Consumption
  • Diesel Consumption
