Order Management System is divided into 3 sub modules:

  •  Sale Order Management
  •  Production Planning
  • Stores Purchase Order

1.1 Sale Order Management

Sale Order module is a system designed to provide the user complete control over the Enquires, Sale Orders / Contracts. The system provides the user facilities for querying on Customer Sale order details, pending sale orders, to manage the Order effectively.

  •  Enquiry
  • Proforma Invoice
  • Sale Order / Contracts

1.2 Production Planning

Production planning module is a system designed to plan the production , Issue the work Order for Loom shed with Sale order ( Make to Order ) and without Sale Order ( Make to Stock) and Yarn Requirement Planning. The system provides the user facilities for querying on Work order details, to manage the Order effectively to meet the delivery in time and to increase the Efficiency of the shed.

  •  Work Order ( With Sale Order / Without Sale Order )
  • Yarn Requirement Planning
  • Yarn indent
  • Fabric PO
  • Sort Change Advise

 1.3 Stores Purchase Order

Purchase Order module is a comprehensive system designed to provide the user complete control over the purchase functions like defining supplier and item/supplier links, sending RFQs(Request For Quotations), selecting suppliers, placing purchase orders and Amending purchase orders. The system provides the user facilities for querying on suppliers, purchase order details, pending orders for item / supplier, purchase request.

Processes covered:

  • Generation of Purchase Request (PR), RFQs & Purchase Order
  • On-Line approval of PRs.
  • Multiple Purchase types (Capital, Spares & Consumable and Miscellaneous) supported.
  • PR, PO cancellation & foreclosure
  • Purchase Budgeting
  • Integration with Stores Inventory
